Location: Tripoli Office (City Based), Libya
Contractual period: One year employment - renewable.
Work Cycle: 42 working days on - 21 days off.
Working Hours: 6 days a week - 8 hours a day

Required qualifications and skills:

• Responsible for the engineering, build, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure running in the Window Server environment.
• Responsible for Windows Server operating systems and hardware administration including provisioning, monitoring, tuning, capacity planning, security, troubleshooting, support and maintenance.
• Responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of operating system enhancements to improve the reliability, scalability, sustainability, and availability of the server environment.
• Performs complex software installations and upgrades to server operating systems and layered software packages.
• Plan and schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor and tune server operating systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
• Ensure recoverability by implementing and monitoring a schedule of system backups.
• Must have Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Must have minimum of 5 years equivalent experience in a technology related field
• Must possess an excellent interpersonal communication skills, working knowledge of server hardware, extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and technologies.
