Job title: Lead Process Engineer
Position Ref.: PRENG-02
Location: Tripoli Office (City Based), Libya
Contractual period: One year employment - renewable.
Work Cycle: 65 working days on - 21 days off.
Working Hours: 6 days a week - 8 hours a day
Required qualifications and skills:
- Minimum 18 years work experience in oil & gas industry.
- Lead a team of process engineers and designers, delegating tasks and monitoring progress of all deliverables and activities, and mentoring and training entry-level engineers
- You will require strong technical ability with Conceptual Design, FEED and detailed Engineering.
- Must have experience in EPC and Consulting work activities for upstream and mid-stream facilities of oil and gas industry
- Must have experience in proposal preparation, Man-hour estimates and projects budget development.
- Sound working knowledge with process simulation software’s such as HYSIS, and flareNet. knowledge on other process simulation packages is an asset
- Should have some work experience in Oil & Gas production and operating companies.
- Must have a Degree in Chemical Engineering from accredited university.
- Should have sound computer skills.
- Should be familiar with N. America codes and Standards such as API, ASME, ANSI and other industry related standards.
- Experience in the development and maintenance of all process deliverables, including: process flow diagrams, heat and material balance, piping and instrument diagrams, utility analysis and summary, priced equipment list, equipment data sheets and specifications as well as equipment/packages bid evaluations, process descriptions, control philosophy, relief load calculation.
- Should have experience in process safety reviews such as HAZOP and SIL.
- Should have excellent communications skills and Coordinate technical efforts between the process team and the other disciplines
