Job title: Help Desk Technician
Position Ref.: ITTEC-01
Location: Tripoli Office (City Based), Libya
Contractual period: One year employment - renewable.
Work Cycle: 42 working days on - 21 days off.
Working Hours: 6 days a week - 8 hours a day
Required qualifications and skills:
- All versions of Windows, MS Office, Wireless and LAN Customer IT support on telephone and using remote software
- To advise, configure and install email and Hosted Microsoft Exchange platforms
- Troubleshooting connectivity, performance, software, and hardware of user computers, servers, mobile devices, and networks
- Occasional onsite computer repairs and diagnosis of hardware or software related faults
- Responding to user queries by telephone and email
- Inputting accurate up-to-date customer information to all sections of company database
- Advise and prepare written proposals for supply of hardware i.e. computers, laptops, routers, switches, printers and peripherals fit for purpose
- To carry out annual MOT clean-up and antivirus where required
